Despite what you may think, you don't actually need to eat less food in order to ditch your excess body fat. If you focus on eating the RIGHT food rather than less food, you'll be able to get in the shape that you've always wanted, without ever worrying again about encountering those painful feelings of hunger.
One of the great things about natural foods, is that they are amazingly high in volume for the amount of calories they contain. For example, 500 grams of strawberries (which would be a huge and very fulfilling snack!) would give you around 170 calories. 500 grams of potato chips would give you more than 2,000 calories! And the same weight in chicken would give you over 1,000 calories!
Now obviously nobody is going to eat 500 grams of potato chips or 500 grams of chicken to try and lose weight, but you get my point here. You can eat massive amounts of natural foods, without actually consuming that many calories.
In other words, so long as you do things in a smart and systematic way...you'll completely elimate that feeling of hunger which prevents so many people from getting crazy results.
