I'm always asked about which plant foods are and aren't acceptable for weight loss, so here's a list of Ryan Adams-approved foods! Needless to say, what matters for weight loss as a bottom line is being in a calorie deficit.
You can be in a calorie deficit eating foods NOT included on this list, and, adversely, be in a calorie surplus eating many of the foods on this list. You need to take the right steps with how you add these foods to your diet, weight loss isn't guaranteed merely by eating many of these.
